2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls*
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. pork sausage (mild)
1 small onion, diced
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. dry ranch dressing mix
One half tsp. oregano
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese (original)

Steps:

  • 1. In a 10x10x2 square baking pan that has been greased, press down one package of rolls. Cook sausage and onion and drain well. Add cream cheese and seasonings. Allow cream cheese to melt into sausage and stir in well. Pour this mixture evenly over the rolls. Evenly sprinkle both cheeses over this. Then cover with the remaining package of rolls (top crust). Brush rolls on top with one stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees covered for about 30 minutes or until top crust is light brown on top and done. Cool and cut into squares.
