Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups penne pasta (8 oz.), uncooked
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. large shrimp (26 to 30 count), peeled, cleaned
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) no-salt added diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add ham and onions to skillet; cook 3 min. Add tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low and return shrimp to skillet. Cover; simmer 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Spoon sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
