- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add ham and onions to skillet; cook 3 min. Add tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low and return shrimp to skillet. Cover; simmer 3 min. or until heated through.
- Spoon sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
