Saucy Poppyseed Chicken Skillet image

Ground ginger, peach slices and creamy poppy seed dressing add extraordinary flavor to this quick and easy chicken skillet.

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) peach slices, drained
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Steps:

  • Cook chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until each breast is evenly browned on both sides.
  • Mix dressing, broth, garlic and ginger until blended; pour over chicken. Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
  • Add peaches and peas; mix well. Cook 2 to 4 min. or until peaches and peas are heated through, stirring occasionally.
