SALTINE TOFFEE COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 oz saltine crackers
1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
2 c chocolate chips
3/4 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Line cookie sheet with saltines in a single layer. Ina saucepan combine the sugar and the butter. Bring to a boil and boil 3 min. Immediately pour over saltines and spread to cover crackers completely. Bake @ 400 for 5 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for 5 min, spread out chocolate then top with pecans. Cool completely and break into pieces.
