Salmon with Sriracha Sauce and Lime image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 - lime, zested and juiced
1 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sriracha
1/2 teaspoon(s) coarse sea salt
1 1/4 pound(s) salmon fillet, skin removed
2 tablespoon(s) coarsely chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • In a bowl, whisk zest, juice, syrup, Sriracha, and salt.
  • Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour mixture over top.
  • Roast until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
