Salmon Mac image

Canned salmon, tomatoes and onion transform a macaroni and cheese dinner into an easy and delicious main dish.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/4 cup vegetable oil spread or margarine
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (7-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Boil 6 cups water in medium saucepan. Stir in Macaroni; boil 7 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Remove macaroni from saucepan; drain.
  • Meanwhile, melt vegetable oil spread in same saucepan. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.
  • Add macaroni, Cheese Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
