Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups fresh, raw, Ahi tuna, diced
1 tsp Sambal olecke, a chili paste w/onion
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1.5 tsp soy sauce
2 tblsp brown onion, minced
1 sprig green onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp hawaiian red sea salt (or sea salt)
1 avacado, cubed (*optional)
1 tblsp cilantro, choped (*optional)
2 tblsp tobiko (*optional)

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Use salt to taste. Add any (or all) optional ingredients as mood & supplies allow. Transfer to serving bowl, cover & chill lightly before serving. Add whitestone crackers or tortilla round chips for scouping.
