ROASTED GARLIC PESTO image

Number Of Ingredients 3

15 bulbs of garlic
2 T. olive oil
1/3 c. water

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 °F. Remove papery outer skin from garlic. Brush pan with 1 T. oil. Place garlic in pan & add water & oil. Cook until very tender & mash.
