Steps:
- In large bowl, combine cauliflower and brussel sprouts. Drizzle oil on top. Add garlic, rosemary, and pepper. Cover tightly and toss well.
- Refrigerate overnight
- Preheat oven to 450. Spread veggies single layer on a large baking sheet with sides. Sprinkle with salt.
- Roast until veggies are crisp and tender and beginning to brown at edges, 15 - 20 minutes.
