Roast-Mary Spice Mix image

This rosemary spice mix is wonderful on roast meats. Nice to add to a food gift basket. This fills 4 spice containers.

Number Of Ingredients 12

3 bay leaves
1/2 cup dried onion, slices
1/2 cup dried garlic, slices
1/2 cup dried rosemary
1/4 cup dried sage
1/4 cup dried thyme leaves
1 tablespoon peppercorn, I used pink
1/4 cup oregano leaves
2 -4 chipotle chiles
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Steps:

  • Place all in a food processor or blender and processes till powdery.
  • Use within 1 year.
