1 package(s) duncan hines yellow pudding cake mix
1 large container of ricotta cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice (add to ricotta)
1 cup(s) sugar (add to ricotta)

Steps:

Mix the 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. of lemon and 1 cup of sugar , 1 large container of Ricotta and put in the bottom of the 13" x 9" baking pan .
Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan Make the cake mix according to directions on box , pour over the Ricotta mixture in a 13x9" pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 Hour ~
I sprinkle with confectioner's sugar! Delish
