2 quarts mayonnaise
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons capers
4 tablespoons fresh tarragon
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 lemon, juice of
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • In a food processor add garlic, tarragon and capers. Process until well pureed. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and let meld in refridgerator for a few hours.
