Reindeer Tracks Cookies image

I received this in an insurance magazine I receive. I have made all my Christmas cookies for this year. I am keeping it here for safe keeping. This does sound good.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups white chocolate chips
8 ounces reese's miniature peanut butter cups
1 cup of corasley chopped small pretzels

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  • In large bowl beat butter and both sugars on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended.
  • On low speed, gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until blended.
  • Stir in baking chips, peanut butter cup candies and pretzels.
  • Onto cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Immediately remove from cookie sheet to cookie rack.
