Steps:
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water drain. Set aside.
- Add butter to large skillet. Saute the onions, garlic, and hot dogs with oregano and basil. Stir together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Add to skillet with the drained tomatoes. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the noodles and cook through. Add the parsley. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
- Variation: This is good with a can of pork and beans added also
