Steps:
- In a heavy saucepan, stir together the tomatoes, brown and white sugars, green pepper, onion, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, and pepper. Cook at a simmer for about 2 hours, stirring frequently until thickened. Cool before serving. Keep refrigerated.
