Steps:
- IN A LARGE POT OF SALTED BOILING. WATER COOK POTATOES FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN N SET ASIDE TO COOL A BIT THEN REFRIGERATE TO FINISH COOLING PROCESS
- IN SAUCEPAN COVER EGGS WITH COLD WATER N BRING TO A BOIL. COVER N REMOVE FROM HEAT LET SIT FOR 10 TO 15 MIN. REMOVE EGGS N PEEL N ROUGH CHOP EGGS.
- FRY OUT CHPD.BACON THEN DRAIN.
- REMOVE POTATOES FROM FRIDGE N ADD CHPD. EGGS, BACON, CELERY, ONION N CHIVES. IN A SMALL BOWL MIX MUSTARD WITH MAYO THEN POUR IN POTATO MIXTURE. SEASON WITH SALT N PEPPER. REFRIGERATE A FEW HOURS TO OVERNITE THEN......ENJOY:)
