Steps:
- Dice bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and render in 3-4 qt. saucepot. When bacon is browned, add minced onions and cook until onions begin to brown, after caramelizing.
- Add beans and all other ingredients and stir thoroughly. Bring to boil and then lower flame to simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
