2 ounces tequila blanco
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice plus 1 lime wheel, for serving
6 ounces sparkling mineral water

Steps:

  • Fill a glass half full with crushed ice. Top with the tequila and lime juice, then the sparkling water. Garnish the glass with a lime wedge and serve.
