Ramen Noodle Supreme image

This recipe surprised my husband, he isn't a fan of noodles. Add whatever spices you like, these are mine. Sometimes I will fry up sliced kielbasa, it works too. At any rate, it is good with some garlic bread. Will add pic later, having problems with the downloading

Number Of Ingredients 10

5 package(s) ramen noodles
1 package(s) corn
1 package(s) frozen peas
1 small onion-chopped
1 - red, yellow, orange bell peppers-chopped
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 cup(s) milk
2 pound(s) ground beef
1 tablespoon(s) parsley, dill black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Cook up the noodles as directed but leave out the little packages of seasoning.
  • While noodles cook, start frying up the ground beef. Add the chopped onions and cook til both are browned and tender.
  • Drain the noodles and put back in the pan, adding the meat, stir and mix well.
  • Add the peas and corn, as well as the spices. Stir and mix throughly.
  • Add the milk, soup and once more mix again and let it simmer about 15 minutes until hot all the through. Serve with some garlic bread
