RAISIN BREAD

For Christmas one year, an aunt and uncle gave us a bread machine. For awhile, we made a lot of bread. Not so much anymore, but I found this recipe in a friend's bread machine cookbook.

Number Of Ingredients 10

Ingredients

1 1/8 c water
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp dry milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 1/4 c bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 c raisins

Steps:

1. Place all ingredients except raisins, in order, in bread machine. Set machine for #7. Set timer accordingly. Add the raisins at the beep (approximately ½ hour into the mix).
