Quick Cherry Cream Cheese Tart image

From my Mamaw's recipe collection.

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup(s) confectioners' sugar
1/4-1/2 teaspoon(s) almond or vanilla extract
4 - individual graham cracker tart shells
1/2 cup(s) cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth. Spoon into shells. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate until serving.
