Steps:
- Crumble dough in a bowl and mix in flour (and cranberries if using them).
- Divide dough and make 2 logs 2" wide and 12" long.
- Bake 30 min at 350°F. Cool 5-10 minutes. Cut 1/2" slices diagonally. Melt chocolate chips and dip ends of biscotti in it.
