Steps:
- In a large pitcher, combine the tea, cognac, rum and lemon juice and stir thoroughly. Chill the mixture until you are ready to serve the punch.
- Pour the tea mixture into a pretty punch bowl. Add 3 cups of crushed ice cubes and the Lambrusco. Stir in sugar to taste, if desired. Stir well and serve.
