Steps:
- 1. Mix minced pork with soy sauce, white pepper and sesame seed oil in a bowl, add egg and then mix or use food processor); 2. Mix diced onion with pork; 3. Put 1 tsp. of pork mixture into center of each wrapper; 4. Wet edge or wrapper; 5. Fold dumpling into semi-circle and press the edge of circle with finger to close; 6. Wrap all dumplings into semi-circle; 7. Heat skillet with low heat; 8. Add oil and spread evenly over heated surface; 9. Place dumplings into skillet; 10. Sprinkle tsp. of water on top of dumplings; 11. Cover skillet and cook until dumplings are golden brown. 12. Mix Sauce Ingredients and microwave for 1 minute.
