Pork With Pears and Ginger image

Pork goes brilliantly with fruit. Try it with pears and ginger for something a bit different than the usual pork with apples. Put them all together and in less than 15 minutes you have a fabulous dinner using canned pears.

4 (6 ounce) boneless center cut pork loin chops
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
