Steps:
- Marinate fillets or breasts in wine, soy sauce, ginger, ½ sesame seeds, ½ olive oil. Combine pistachios, garlic and sesame seeds. Place fillets or breasts on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops of each filet with olive oil and then top with pistachio mixture. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
