Pineapple Souffle image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
2 oz crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cut into small cubes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In mixing bowl beat sugar with melted butter and eggs. Stir in well drained canned pineapple. Gently blend in bread cut into small cubes.
  • Spoon into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
