Pineapple Fruit Cake Recipe - (4.2/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound of golden raisins
8 oz. each red and green glazed cherries
2/3 cup slivered almonds
2 cups crushed pineapple
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon almond and vanilla flavouring

Steps:

  • Mix first four ingredients and let set over night. Then mix the next ingredients and stir in the raisin mixture. Bake 325°F for 1 1/2 hour
