Pineapple Dip image

Capture sunshine in a snack with Pineapple Dip! Combining cream cheese, marshmallow creme and, of course, pineapple yields a dessert dip your guests will love. Try adding Pineapple Dip to your Springtime menus!

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted, divided

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl until blended. Add pineapple; mix well.
  • Remove 2 Tbsp. coconut; reserve for later use. Stir remaining coconut into cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle with reserved coconut just before serving.
