Pineapple Delights image

Number Of Ingredients 4

20 Keebler® golden vanilla wafers (broken)
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, chilled
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Chill small mixing bowl and beaters of electric mixer.2. In four dessert dishes layer half of the cookies. Top with undrained pineapple.3. In chilled bowl beat cream and sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Dollop cream on top of pineapple. Sprinkle with remaining cookies
