PIMIENTO BRUSSELS SPROUTS image

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen brussels sprouts
4-1/2 tsp. butter
4-1/2 tsp. white vinegar
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (2 oz.) jar dried pimientos, drained

Steps:

  • 1. Cook brussels sprouts according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid; keep sprouts warm. 2. In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in vinegar, tarragon, salt and reserved liquid. Pour over the sprouts and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the pimientos.
