2 each large green and red peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
3/4 lb. cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 lb. deli roast beef, sliced, cut into thin strips
1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place pepper halves, cut sides up, in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake 20 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce; stir. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently. Add meat and 3/4 cup CHEEZ WHIZ; cook and stir 2 min. Remove from heat.
  • Spoon meat mixture into pepper halves; top with remaining CHEEZ WHIZ.
  • Bake 10 min. or until filling is heated through.
