Steps:
- Split the English muffin in half, using the table knife. Toast both halves in the toaster.
- Top each toasted muffin half with the pizza sauce and cheese. Add the pepperoni (or ham and pineapple or veggie crumbles).
- Put the microwavable paper towel on the microwavable plate. Put muffin halves on paper towel.
- Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. Use the pot holders to take plate out of microwave. Cool pizzas about 2 minutes before eating.
