Perfect oatmeal double-chocolate cookies image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups oats, ground in blender
2 cups chocolate chips
4 ounces milk chocolate bar, chopped into pieces
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • Mix together in a separate bowl: salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour and oatmeal flour.
  • Roll spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets with parchment paper on them.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes. (Don't overbake.)
