Peggy Sue's Sinus Clearing Cocktail Sauce image

You can vary the taste by the amount of horseradish and/or Tabasco. We like to have it 'Clear-the-Sinus' Hot!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 c chili sauce (such as heinz)
1/2 c ketchup
4 Tbsp horseradish (not horseradish sauce)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (such as tabasco)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
  • 2. Serve with your favorite seafood, shrimp, crab claws, etc.
  • 3. Have tissues handy, just in case!
