PECAN PUFFS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c butter
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 c finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour and salt. Blend. Add pecans and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes Do not brown. Roll while hot in powdered sugar. Makes 3 1/2 -4 dozen.
