PECAN MINI MUFFINS image

Yield 24 muffins

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar, do not pack
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Mix eggs with fork. Add other ingredients. Bake in mini-muffin pans at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely before un-molding.
