Pecan-and-Maple Glazed Salmon image

1 3-lb side of salmon
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment and set the salmon on it, skin side down.
  • Season with kosher salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup with the butter and mustard.
  • Drizzle the maple mixture on the salmon and sprinnkle the pecans evenly on top, pressing to help them adhere.
