Pear Ginger Tea image

Try it and you will love it. I would like to have a cup of warm ginger tea in winter, and a cup of cold ginger tea in summer.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups shred pears (Asian pear or any kind of pear)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 liter water
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons shred fresh ginger

Steps:

  • Put everything in a medium pot and cook about 30 minutes at medium heat.
