I have had this recipe for a long time, and I just found it again. I had a neighbor who gave it to me when our children were young. Laura has since moved away, but I still have fond memories of making these simple squares for our children. Thanks Laura

Steps:
- 1. Mix together the melted butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Press mixture firmly into an 8"x8" pyrex dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray, or lined with parchment paper, for easy removal.
- 2. Melt chocolate chips and spread over the peanut butter mixture.
- 3. Place dish in fridge just until the chocolate sets a bit (about 30 minutes). Slice into small squares and replace dish into the fridge until chocolate is completely set. NOTE: if you let the chocolate completely set before you cut them, you will never be able to cut through the chocolate layer.
