Peach Glazed Carrots image

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 lb pared, sliced, cooked carrots
1 c peach preserves
2 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Arrange carrots in large skillet or saucepan.
  • 2. Combine preserves and butter; spoon over carrots.
  • 3. Heat 15 minutes or until hot.
  • 4. TIP: Carrots can be prepared in oven. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
