PAT'S BAKED RICE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice (not instant)
1 tsp salt
2 cups boiling chicken or beef bouillion
2 tbls. butter

Steps:

  • Pour boiling broth over rice in casserole. Add salt and stir in butter. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour.
