PATIO POTATO SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 15

1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 -1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 butter cubed
7 med. red potatoes
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3-5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup onions chopped
paprika on top

Steps:

  • Blend the first 9 ingredients and cook on medium heat until thickened. Once cooled, mix with about 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream. Combine all and sprinkle with paprika.
