Pancit Behon image

This is a recipe that my Sister In Law from the Philippines has made many times for Family Gatherings. When you cook Pancit Behon Noodles it means you are Celebrating Long Life. Perfect for Birthday and New Year Celebrations. Thank You Nelia for sharing the recipe with me. My first try at this recipe. So don't blame Sister Nelia : ) Tip: This can be made with a Protein of your choice Shrimp, Chicken, Beef or Pork. You can order the Spice pack and Chinese Sausage on Amazon. I made a mistake on placing Chop Sticks on the plate. You eat the dish with a Fork and Spoon. Thanks J.
