OVERNIGHT YEAST ROLLS image

Yield 6 doz

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 packet yeast (1 TBSP) dissolved in 1/2 c lukewarm water
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c warm water
10 c flour

Steps:

  • Start at 3 or 4 pm. Stir everything together until flour is mixed. Leave for 1 hour and punch down. Repeat 3 more times. Make approximately golf ball sized and put on greased cookie sheet or pan. Cover with a dry tea towel. Bake in the morning at 400F for 10-15 minutes
