Overnight Cantaloupe Oats image

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling on top
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cantaloupe
1/2 cup blueberries

Steps:

  • Put the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  • Slice the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Divide the mixture between the carved-out cantaloupe halves. Cover, place in the fridge and let sit overnight.
  • To serve, top with blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
