Steps:
- Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 to 4 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda; beat vigorously. Pour over popped popcorn in a large roasting pan.
- Bake at 250°F stirring every 10 minutes for about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container.
