Steps:

  • mix all ingredients and marinade steaks for at least 20 mins
  • remove steaks from marinade and fry in oil for 4 min each side
  • remove steaks and rest
  • pour remainder of marinade into pan and reduce till sticky, serve steak with sticky glaze
