Orange Teriyaki Salmon image

This is a wonderful recipe. It has touch of citrus that adds a really nice finish to the sauce. And it's ready in less than 20 minutes, too. So it's perfect even for those busy nights when you don't have a lot of time to cook.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
2 tsp ground ginger
4 salmon fillets (each to be 6-ounces and 1 inch thick)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • 2. In an 8x8-inch baking dish, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger. Add salmon, and spoon sauce over salmon.
  • 3. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, occasionally basting with the sauce.
