Orange-Pineapple Smoothie image

This citrus fruit smoothie is easy to make - in just 10 minutes!

1 1/2 cups calcium-fortified orange juice
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons vanilla-protein powder or 1/4 cup orange yogurt
3 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into glasses.
